king back at me to make me decide to get off the couch and get moving. I started out with working out 3 nights a week for two months and it just felt like I was getting no where. Then I heard about Dr. Mitchell and started going to him August 18,2009. When I started with him I weighed 293 lbs. I had not took any measurements I guess I was scared. He had me on phentermine pills only tell February 18 then he put me on the HCG injections. With the injections I lost 20 lbs. and 40 in. all over 17 of that was my waist and belly. that makes a wop-pin 74 lbs. since last august.yay me but still have about 70 more to go. NOW I KNOW I CAN DO IT.".
